Since we very much enjoy the company of our great residents and guests,
we have very few rules or regulations, other than what a person ought
to do legally anyway!
We do request that you observe our rule regarding no use of ATV
type 3 or 4 Wheeled Vehicles on our facility grounds.
Golf carts are a great and acceptable means of transportation to zip
around Paradise Point.
Public guest use areas are provided as "at your own risk."
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our rules
or shows a disregard for public safety.
