Getting on the water is easy with our launch ramp which is accessible year round, even during low water conditions. Our boat ramp is exclusively available to Paradise Point Park tenants.
Covered boat slips with electricity are available for rent yearly when available.
Cabin rentals are available in 7 different options, and reservations in advance are required.

Our RV Park can accommodate you with full hook-ups under our shady canopy of trees. All spaces have 30amp & 50amp service for your convenience.
Our park features a playground and is within walking distance of the waterfront, boathouse, and boat launch ramp. For those wanting a permanent “camp” at the lake, we have long term sites available for RV’s and park model homes. Both waterfront and wooded sites are available. Coin Operated Laundry is also available for Paradise Point Park tenants only.
Paradise Point Park is the perfect spot to Kayak on beautiful Toledo Bend Lake.
Enjoy countless hours of fun and gorgeous views of Sabine National Forest and its wildlife. Although we do not offer Kayak rentals, our gorgeous point at Mill Creek and Clear Creek offer plenty of space for kayaking fun.
